Acupuncture
We provide both Japanese and Chinese style acupuncture at Green Mountain Holistic Healing. Each are designed to treat the root cause of illness and disease.
Common issues treated by acupuncture include: chronic and acute pain, pediatrics, skin problems, gastrointestinal disorders, gynecological disorders, pregnancy and infertility, neurological disorders, respiratory disorders, addiction, eye & ear disorders, psychological and cardiovascular issues.
Massage Therapy
With benefits ranging from stress reduction to pain management and improved circulation, massage therapy can play a crucial role in your health journey. In our clinic, your massage is customized to your unique needs and treatment plan, helping you feel rejuvenated and balanced.
Infrared Sauna
In an infrared sauna, your body automatically exits the fight or flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) and enters into the rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system). The parasympathetic nervous system helps produce a state of equilibrium in your body. Some benefits of infrared sauna sessions include: decreased blood pressure, increased blood circulation, increased nutrient delivery, increased muscle flexibility, decreased inflammation and pain, allows for more efficient waste and toxicant removal, accelerates healing and your metabolism, boosts immune function. Reservations for our infrared sauna room (which is also a fully equipped bathroom with shower) are 45 minutes total. It's suggested to start with a 15 minute sauna session if you are a beginner & up to 30 minutes for experienced sauna users.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses a state of deep relaxation and focus to help treat mental and physical health conditions. This modality builds awareness and helps the individual's nervous system reach a state of deep relaxation while the mind enters into a trance-like state.
Energy Work
Energy work involves working with a person's energy field to promote balance and wellness. Energy healing does not involve any kind of moving tissue or massage. The only touch involved is the light laying of hands on the appropriate parts of the body.
Esthetics - Facial Treatments
Esthetic services at Green Mountain Holistic Healing are rooted in a whole-person approach to skincare. Treatments are designed to support your natural beauty while addressing the deeper causes of skin concerns, not just the symptoms.
Using organic, plant-based products from Eminence Organic Skincare, each facial, wax, or lash and brow service is customized to your unique needs, promoting healthier skin and a deeper sense of well-being.
Esthetics - Waxing Treatments
Waxing is a hair removal method that involves applying warm wax to the skin, allowing it to adhere to the hair, and then quickly removing it, pulling the hair out from the root. This process leaves the skin smooth for a longer period compared to shaving, typically for several weeks.
Holistic Health Coaching
In mind-body-soul coaching, Deanna helps people create lasting transformations across many aspects of life, including health & wellness, diet and exercise, relationships, and overall happiness and life satisfaction. Through a blend of mindset work, somatic practices, and spiritual guidance, Deanna will support you in releasing what holds you back, reconnecting with your authentic self, and living with purpose, clarity, and confidence.
Occupational Therapy
Deanna provides occupational therapy for adults and children.
Using a holistic approach to occupational therapy, we view the person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit—rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses. She combines traditional occupational therapy with complementary practices to promote overall well-being, balance, confidence, and ability to engage meaningfully in daily life.
Common areas of support include: chronic pain or illness; emotional regulation; stress, anxiety, and burnout; sensory processing challenges; self-care and independence; fine and gross motor delays; recovery from injury, surgery, or trauma; life transitions; enhancing quality of life and life satisfaction, etc.
Guided Meditation
Guided group meditation offers a calming, collective space to quiet the mind and reconnect with the body. Led by an experienced practitioner, each session helps reduce stress, promote emotional balance, and cultivate mindfulness.
Sound Healing
Sound Baths offers a calming, collective space to quiet the mind and reconnect with the body. Led by an experienced practitioner, each session helps reduce stress, promote emotional balance, and cultivate mindfulness.
Yoga
Yoga is a great movement practice for turning inward by connecting with your breath and body. In our yoga classes you will move your body with intention, allowing you to cultivate mindfulness while increasing flexibility and mobility.
Pilates
Join Dr. Mary in her Mat Pilates Series and/or Mat Pilates Special classes!
Pilates Series classes are Mondays 12-1pm (unless otherwise mentioned) and will update about every month.
Yoga Special classes offer a new focused class every Friday 12-12:45am (unless otherwise mentioned). Classes may vary from Female Empowerment theme to how-to-use Pilates props to Intermediate level.
